Amneet Sidhu

Amneet qualified in 2010 from the University of Birmingham; she has a special interest in Periodontal care and worked as a Staff Hygienist for 13 years at Birmingham Dental Hospital where she provided gum disease treatment and care to patients including those with complex medical needs. She was a member of the Periodontal research team and helped conduct research finding links between gum disease and other conditions in the body and over the years won several research awards.

Amneet volunteered at the Birmingham Commonwealth games in 2022 as a Dental Hygienist providing dental care to the athletes and completed a Master of Arts Degree in 2024.

She has a holistic outlook to the well-being of her patients and their oral care; placing a high amount of attention on prevention through dental education to ensure patients receive a well-rounded approach to their care and treatment to enable them to have healthy mouths and bodies.
